Owners Holly & Bruce Henry
We offer 21 years combined experience in the Real Estate Industry in every facet of Listing and Selling property for our clients, personally purchasing and selling investment income property, renovating and updating properties as well as representing our clients while they are building their new home. We love what we do and continually educate ourselves earning multiple designations and certifications in the industry which allows us to be a valuable resource for our clients.
Bruce’s background prior to Real Estate was with one of the largest printing companies in the nation. He started with them as a journeyman electrician and troubleshooter for 9 years and then moved into customer service working with large publishing companies which provided a firm understanding of customer expectations. His technical experience as a troubleshooter and in-depth knowledge of customer expectations afforded him the opportunity to run the Quality Department at the South Daytona plant. Bruce was then offered a position in Sales Support to help facilitate the highest quality in printing production. All in all he had 21 years in the printing industry.
Holly’s background prior to Real Estate was one of an entrepreneurial nature. She has owned several businesses including Residential and Commercial cleaning with 13 employees, a Full Service Hair Salon with 15 employees and a Day Spa with 23 employees as well as a travel agency. She has an in-depth sales background as well. For 20 years, prior to Real Estate, Holly covered 4 states as an independent manufacturer’s representative working with technical education for a major manufacturer.
Now we enjoy working as a team in Real Estate. It is wonderful for our clients as well, knowing they can always get in touch with one of us. We became very interested in the Home Watch business because we live and work in an area where there are many second home owners and are always requesting our help to watch over their home when they” go back” or even when they are on vacation. We are a trusted source for them and we are all about Integrity!
